BALTIMORE — Surveillance footage captured in Baltimore shows an SUV plummeting from a four-story parking garage to smash into the sidewalk below.
Footage courtesy KTVU shows the vehicle falling from the parking garage to land on its roof on the sidewalk, and bystanders can be seen rushing forward to help the driver. KTVU reports the driver was not injured, and she said she was trying to pull into a parking spot when she crashed through a concrete barrier and went over the side.
